Make sure to retain Port 21 as the default port for your server. To create a new FTP virtual server, select an IP address for your FTP server from the dropdown list. To begin installing a new FTP virtual server, click on the icon located in the upper left corner. On the main site, click on the Download tab and download Xlight to your computer. After downloading the software, you will need to create a new virtual FTP server. If you are experiencing issues with FTP, such as subfolders being deleting after a manual reboot, an issue may be occurring between your camera and the FTP software you are currently using.
